Set up your account so we can begin. You do not need the vehicle paperwork yet.

What you provide:

  • Signed agreements

Approval from our third-party vendors

Your account goes through approval with our third-party vendors. You are kept in the loop by email throughout.

What to expect:
  • An email chain confirming your account is approved and active

Log in to the portal

Once your account is live, everything runs through the portal.

In the portal:
  • Supply payment
  • Provide the VIN
  • Provide your service price

Check back in to the portal

Documents become available as the process moves along. Your completed packet is ready at the end.

In the portal:

  • Print the VIN check (or any other available document)
  • Wait for the 45-53 day process
  • Print out the completed packet

Sign, and have the auctioneer sign

The completed packet needs your signature and an auctioneer signature. We can point you to auctioneers we work with, and your state representative can help with anything unusual.
